The OSAA had been the beneficiary of exclusive Christmas parties during the terms of the late Senate President Aquilino “Nene” Pimentel, Jr. The late senator also encouraged the OSAA to lobby for a reclassification of its office, which eventually led to its reorganization in 2005.

To enhance and refresh VIP and guest relations, the OSAA personnel were all directed to under a protocol seminar every Monday from September to the first week of November 2019.
